While on holidays, me and my 5 years old daughter made our 2nd stop motion short movie.
After "O Parque" made during in last year's holidays, this year we made "Aventura na Savana" in a afternoon while her younger sister had a nap.
Nothing special and no time to do all the necessary frames to have smoother movements. The patience of a 5 years old child has its limits :)

Here's a work in progress related to a short movie I'm slowly making in the free time. After a first attempt of modelling the male character directly on the reference images with the edge by edge technique, I was not getting satisfied with the result. The main reason was the head shape that was a kind of strange in the front view so I decided to start again but now I'll first sculpt the head and then I'll do the retopology on top of it. Here's the actual state of the sculpt model.

I've been busy these last weeks working with Blender, despite not having many things to post here yet. I'm preparing a promotional video for a company, writing an article for some scientific visualizations and in between I've been today at ISEC in Coimbra to talk about Blender capabilities.
